Refund Policy

Try ReMarkSync before paying

ReMarkSync includes a 7-day free trial. No payment card is required, and the trial begins only when you start it inside the app.

Refund windows

• Monthly subscription: Full refund within 7 calendar days of your first monthly payment.
• Annual subscription: Full refund within 30 calendar days of your first annual payment.
• Renewals: Renewal payments are normally non-refundable. Contact us promptly about an unexpected renewal, duplicate charge, or billing problem, and we will review the request.

The refund period begins on the date the payment is completed.

Request a refund

Email support@remarksync.com from the address used for your purchase. Include the order number from your Polar receipt if available.

Approved refunds are processed through Polar. The time needed to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

A full refund cancels the related subscription and ends paid access. It does not remove content already stored on your devices or in OneNote.

Cancel your subscription

You can cancel through the Polar Customer Portal linked in your subscription emails. Cancellation stops the next renewal, while access continues until the end of the paid period.

Canceling does not automatically refund a payment.
